Job Title: Installation Executive Location : New Delhi, Hyderabad Experience: 4 - 8 Years Key Responsibilities: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers during the installation phase, ensuring transparency and prompt communication. Provide daily work plans and progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Prepare a detailed plan of action with clear timelines, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling for project execution. Coordinate effectively with the design team, site supervisors, carpenters, vendors, and other execution partners to ensure seamless workflow. Conduct pre-production feasibility checks and site readiness inspections before dispatch to avoid delays. Oversee material availability and ensure timely delivery to the customer site. Monitor and enforce adherence to company systems, processes, and safety protocols. Ensure strict timeline adherence for all assigned projects, with proactive identification and resolution of potential delays. Handle and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency, maintaining a customer-first approach. Conduct quality checks during and after installation to ensure workmanship meets company standards. Manage snag/rectification lists and ensure all issues are resolved before formal site handover. Ensure return of unused materials to the store/warehouse upon project completion. Work closely with the Designer and Customer at the start of the project to confirm requirements, technical details, and expectations. Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by delivering projects with minimal issues, on time, and to specifications. Prepare final handover documentation and obtain customer sign-off. Support continuous improvement by sharing site learnings and feedback with the design and operations teams. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of modular furniture installation processes and site execution. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical understanding of design drawings, site measurements, and feasibility requirements.
