Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Engineer with a strong background in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end installation of elevators, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality parameters, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise elevator installation projects from start to completion.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate installation.
• Manage and guide technicians, contractors, and subcontractors on-site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical challenges during installation.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and handover after successful installation.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and statutory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in elevator installation within the elevator/escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator installation standards, safety regulations, and quality practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site across project locations when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
