Assistant Manager Installation & Service
Oversee and coordinate on-site installation of windows, doors, and other systems.
Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower and resources for multiple installation projects.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Handle escalated service or installation issues and resolve technical problems promptly.
Maintain inventory and ensure availability of tools, hardware, and materials.
Trainer Technical & Service Team
Conduct hands-on training for new and existing installers and service technicians and channel partners
Develop training modules on installation techniques, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
Evaluate technician performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
Promote standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to them in the field.
Installation of uPVC, aluminum, and high-performance window/door systems
Team leadership and staff development
Customer service and problem resolution
Technical training and mentoring
Quality assurance & safety compliance
Project coordination and time management
Use of installation tools, hardware knowledge
Reading technical drawings and site plans
Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field
4+ years of experience in the fenestration industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Office
