Inside Technical Sales

You will be joining Hydro Press Industries as an Inside Technical Sales Representative, where you will play a crucial role in handling technical sales inquiries, providing support to clients, and ensuring effective communication with existing and potential customers. Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, creating sales proposals, addressing technical queries, and collaborating with the engineering team to guarantee client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess technical sales and sales skills, be capable of offering pre-sales and post-sales support to the marketing team, and have the ability to understand client requirements and determine appropriate sizing based on application. Additionally, proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings, experience in process-related equipment, pumps, or valve industry, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. You are expected to bring your experience in technical support, along with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. The role requires you to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
