Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales position located in Jammu, with some work from home acceptable. The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales through effective communication and excellent customer service. Daily tasks include reaching out to prospects via phone and email, managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and contributing to the sales strategy to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
