Job Description

As an Inside Sales Specialist at our company, your role will involve generating and qualifying leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle for our solutions and services. You will need to utilize strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and develop qualified leads within the defined territory. - Achieve and exceed targets for qualified leads and other performance metrics. - Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through calls, emails, and digital channels. - Build and maintain strong client relationships with multi-level decision-makers. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services. - Schedule qualified meetings/demos for pre-sales consultants. - Maintain a contact database of clients and prospects. - Coordinate and participate in targeted lead generation and nurturing campaigns. - Develop and maintain knowledge of our solutions, industry trends, and target markets. - Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-7 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing of software or services in a B2B environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Aptitude and passion for Technology & Sales. - Track record in lead generation for IT solutions and services in various regions. - Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. - Ability to build connections with executives at CXO/VP/GM level. - Hands-on experience in prospecting, cold calling, database building, and lead generation. - Familiarity with marketing practices and lead generation tactics. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment. - Good industry network and existing relationships with C-level contacts. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related applications. - Highly adaptable, process-oriented, result-driven, quick learner, and team player. - Effective time management and organizational skills. - Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. - High motivation, initiative, enthusiasm, integrity, discipline, and commitment. If you join our team, you will work in areas such as prospecting, database building, lead generation, email campaigns, content writing, market research, client servicing, and relationship building. You will also need to have knowledge of solutions like DevOps, Application Management, ITSM, Process Automation, Project Management, Cloud, Work Management, and Data Management, along with product knowledge of Atlassian, Gitlab, GitHub, AWS, Azure, and ServiceNow.,
