Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through research and outreach. Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of event and media products. Assist in the development of sales strategies to target potential clients. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer information. Provide outstanding customer service and handle any client inquiries. Collaborate with marketing to create promotions that drive sales. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. Stay informed about competitors and industry developments. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning. Attend industry events and networking opportunities as needed. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in events or media. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Experience in negotiating and closing sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus. Knowledge of the events industry is preferred. Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets. Strong analytical skills to assess market data. Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience.
