Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Janakpuri,Delhi
Salary: Upto 25K+ unlimited Incentives

Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our EdTech products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a knack for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and in-person meetings (if applicable).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and pricing structures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in sales or business development (EdTech or education sector experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
