Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

Are you an energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Specialist with a passion for talking to people and closing deals? We’re looking for driven professionals with 3+ years of experience in telecalling and cold calling, from any industry background, who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling and cold calling to generate and convert leads
• Manage end-to-end Inside Sales cycle — from pitching to closing
• Build strong rapport with international customers (US, UK, Australia, Canada)
• Handle objections confidently and ensure successful deal closures
• Maintain sales records using CRM tools
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Cold Calling (any industry)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Graduate in any field
• Self-starter with a positive, go-getter attitude
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
