Job Description

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales - Senior Executive at our company, you will be responsible for calling on the corporate database and connecting with HR leaders to generate appointments for the Team Lead (Director) to pitch the Corp Wellness programme. You will also engage in client meetings and handle the end-to-end cycle from pitching to final closing. Additionally, you will assist in organizing Investor Awareness programs when required. Key Responsibilities: - Tele calling on the Database to generate appointments with HR Leaders to pitch the financial wellness proposition - Mailing and tracking follow-ups for appointment closures - Conducting client meetings as required - Managing relationships for general enquiries after clients sign agreements for smooth onboarding - Searching the database for new business opportunities Qualifications Required: - Graduates/MBA from any stream - Experience of more than 5+ years in a similar profile Additional Details: You should have a background in Tele calling and experience in selling high-end products such as Citibank or Amex Credit Cards, Corp Solutions, Software Solutions, or from BPO industries. Please note that travel may be required for this position.,
