Join our dynamic sales team and grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment! 👩‍💼 Position: Inside sales representative 📍 Location: Mulund West 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time Job Description :- An Inside Sales Representative sells products or services remotely using phones, emails, and other virtual tools. Their responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting products, negotiating sales terms, closing deals, and managing customer relationships. They use a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and maintain a sales pipeline.   Lead generation: Finding new potential customers through online portals, business directories, and other lead-generation tools.  Customer qualification: Evaluating leads to determine their needs, budget, and interest level.  Sales presentations: Demonstrating product features and benefits to potential customers via phone, email, or video conference.  Relationship building: Engaging with potential and existing customers to build rapport and trust.  Negotiation and closing: Negotiating sales terms, including pricing and payment options, and securing sales agreements.  Customer management: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.  Pipeline management: Monitoring sales activities, updating CRM records, and reporting on sales progress.  Product knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product information, service updates, and competitor offerings.
