Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

As a Domestic Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the company for our Indian clientele. This is a "hard-core" closing role that requires a deep understanding of the Indian IT market. You will be expected to penetrate new territories, engage with local business owners and IT heads, and drive revenue through aggressive outbound efforts and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Identify and target potential clients across India market through cold calling and local networking.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the unique challenges of Indian businesses (e.g., scalability, cost-efficiency, and local support) and position our cPaas solutions accordingly.
• Full Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from the first "hello" to the final "PO" (Purchase Order) and payment collection.
• Technical Demonstrations: Conduct virtual and occasionally in-person (if required) demos to showcase the technical superiority of our SaaS/Cloud services.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with stakeholders to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of Domestic B2B Sales experience in IT, SaaS, or Cloud.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command over English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a major plus.
• Sales Prowess: Ability to handle the "Indian negotiation style" and close deals with a sense of urgency.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of CRM workflows, Cloud storage (SaaS models), and how IT solutions solve business pain points.
• Tools: Expert user of CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce) and WhatsApp for Business for professional follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
