Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential customers to understand their accommodation needs and providing tailored recommendations, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, and managing customer inquiries effectively. Day-to-day tasks involve lead generation through various channels, nurturing prospects into successful conversions, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also includes coordinating with property partners to ensure smooth service delivery and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Customer-focused with expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Relevant experience in sales or business development, particularly in the student housing or similar industry, is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
