Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Associate at Schola Classes. The role involves building and fostering relationships with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process, and identifying their educational needs. Responsibilities include lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with the sales team and providing consistently excellent customer service to promote the organization’s educational programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential students or clients effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for students and their families
• Account Management expertise to nurture and maintain long-term client relationships
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to a remote work environment
• Prior experience in the Edutech or education-related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred
