Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive-Female to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with clients, explaining product features, and helping close sales over phone, email, or online meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via calls, messages, and emails to introduce products and services.
• Maintain and update customer database and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams for product demos and client meetings.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
