Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative - IT (SaaS) located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for daily tasks including managing inside sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and managing accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

• Experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Ability in managing Account Management tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in IT and SaaS products is an advantage
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
