Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling lead generation, customer service, and account management. The daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.

• Experience in Account Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education or consulting industry is a plus
