Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in international markets (primarily US).
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and effectively pitch products/services.
• Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly lead targets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience

  in cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably international market).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in

  night shifts (US time zone)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
