Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through inbound and outbound communication, supporting the field sales team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups to close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

• Handle inbound inquiries from customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales
• Follow up on leads shared by marketing, field sales, or online portals
• Qualify leads and convert them into confirmed orders

Customer Coordination

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Share quotations, product details, and samples (if required)
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure repeat business

Order Processing & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for order execution
• Ensure accuracy in orders, pricing, and documentation
• Track order status and keep customers informed

Data & Reporting

• Update sales tracker with leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Share daily/weekly sales reports with the reporting manager

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good command over English & Hindi (additional languages a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and email communication
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales
• Experience in FMCG / Retail / Horeca / Import-Export is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
