Job Description

To manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance department using Tally ERP software, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately record all sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally.
Billing & Invoicing: Generate bills, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Inventory Management: Track stock movements, update stock levels, and manage inventory records.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile accounts.
Taxation: Handle GST, TDS entries, and generate tax reports.
Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly sales reports, cash flow statements, debtor/creditor reports, and assist with financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).
Auditing Support: Assist with internal and external audit preparations.
Documentation: Maintain organized financial records and filing.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Com or relevant degree.
Experience: Proven experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting/data entry role.
Software: Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and financial regulations.
Attributes: High attention to detail, accuracy, strong numerical skills, honesty, and good communication.

Timely and accurate data entry.
Generation of various financial and sales reports.
Maintained and reconciled accounts.
Processed invoices and payments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
