Profile Brief: We are seeking a Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT and ITES industry, with a focus on AI solutions.

Job description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to increase market share. • Present and demonstrate our AI solutions to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions. • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of sales success in the IT or AI industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
