Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Saket, Delhi
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and lead nurturing.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records with updated customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales (preferred).
• Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and persuasive personality.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
