Inside Sales Internship

As an intern at Josh Technology Group, you will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential sales opportunities, generating leads, and classifying target segments. Your role will involve reaching out to prospective clients, scheduling appointments for the business development team, and supporting them in the planning and execution of outreach strategies. You will analyze insights from interactions and research to help develop strategies for customer acquisition and engagement. Additionally, you will prepare and present regular data reports to management, gather market intelligence, and make calls to existing and potential clients to introduce services and maintain engagement. Furthermore, you will assist in resolving client issues and escalate concerns as needed to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with the Business Development Team and Sales Head will be crucial to streamline sales efforts and achieve organizational goals.
