Internship Duration- 3 months

Stipend- 18,000

Post successful completion of training and internship program, candidate will be offered on a role job at the CTC - 6 LPA (3.6 LPA + 2.4 LPA incentives)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered.
• Recording, maintaining and calling on given leads.
• Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
• Counselling through Data Calling and online chat server.
• Maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day.
• Handling queries over telephone
• Collect the feedback from the participants and consolidate the same.
• Converting leads into admissions.

Skills Required

• Effective orator with good understanding of target audience.
• Influential personality with good communication & presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Customer centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional services.
• Keen observer and effective administrator.
• Goal oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work Independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
