Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Creative Specialist with experience in using generative AI tools to produce compelling video and static creatives for marketing campaigns. This role bridges design, technology, and marketing, requiring an innovative thinker who can translate brand strategies into engaging AI-generated content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Content Creation:
• Generate static creatives (e.g., banners, social media posts, thumbnails) using tools like Midjourney, Kling AI, Veo 3, Adobe Firefly, DALL•E, Ideogram, etc.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos using tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, HeyGen, Lumen5, or similar.
• Develop templates and style guides within AI tools to ensure consistent brand identity.
• Marketing Campaign Collaboration:
• Work with the marketing team to understand creative briefs and campaign goals.
• Translate marketing messages into visual stories using generative tools.
• Adapt and iterate AI-generated content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Optimization & Experimentation:
• Test different creative formats and styles to optimize for platform-specific performance (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Display Ads).
• Incorporate A/B testing feedback into future creative iterations.
• Tool Management & Innovation:
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI content generation.
• Evaluate new tools and techniques for creative improvement.
• Help build internal documentation or SOPs for using AI tools efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, motion design, or creative production.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (at least 2 of the following): Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, HeyGen, Kaiber, Leonardo AI.
• Strong portfolio of AI-generated creatives across static and video formats.
• Good understanding of marketing KPIs and creative performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and creative automation is a bonus.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

• Create a series of AI-enhanced Instagram stories or carousel posts for a seasonal sale.
• Produce localized video explainers using AI avatars for different markets.
• Develop a visual branding experiment using GenAI to reimagine campaign themes.

Preferred Background

• Previous experience in a creative agency, marketing tech company, or content-driven startup.
• Interest in storytelling, design trends, and the intersection of creativity and machine learning.
