What You Will Do: Strategic Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, send engaging emails, and leverage digital communication channels to connect with key stakeholders in schools (Principals, Academic Heads, Teachers). Lead Qualification: Understand the needs and challenges of prospective schools to identify suitable opportunities for Adaptmate. Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule product demonstrations and follow-up meetings for our senior sales team. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities in our CRM system. Market Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform our sales strategies. Achieve Targets: Work towards exciting monthly targets, with attractive incentives for over-achievement.
