Do you thrive on connecting with people and have a knack for persuasive communication? We are seeking Inside Sales Interns to join our growing team for a 3-month program . This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the B2B sales cycle, directly contributing to our mission of transforming education across India. You'll be instrumental in initiating conversations and paving the way for Adaptmate to reach more schools. What You Will Do: Strategic Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, send engaging emails, and leverage digital communication channels to connect with key stakeholders in schools (Principals, Academic Heads, Teachers). Lead Qualification: Understand the needs and challenges of prospective schools to identify suitable opportunities for Adaptmate. Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule product demonstrations and follow-up meetings for our senior sales team. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities in our CRM system. Market Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform our sales strategies. Achieve Targets: Work towards exciting monthly targets, with attractive incentives for over-achievement. Exceptional Communicator: Confident and articulate in verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and through digital channels. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using communication tools, CRM software, and online platforms. Availability: Ready to commit to a 3-month full-time internship.
