Job Description

You will be responsible for selling and up-selling products in Chennai, while focusing on building strong client relationships to exceed targets through the development of telesales strategies. As the subject matter expert for client requirements, you will establish priorities and maintain good relationships with Sales Customer Support and Marketing teams. Monitoring the performance of the Inside Sales Team and ensuring efficient service will be crucial, utilizing call monitoring and other measures. Managing key performance indicators (KRAs) and metrics, you will develop strategies to reduce churn and proactively identify key accounts while generating high-quality leads through online and inbound channels. It will be essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and to coach the team on handling sales objections and driving conversions. Proficiency in outbound telesales, basic marketing principles, and knowledge of the sales and customer life cycle are required. Experience in handling retail customers and leading a team for at least 5 years is preferred. Fluency in spoken Hindi and English is necessary, along with being goal-oriented and a team player.,
