Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Air Export Operations role involves generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, facilitating air export operations, and supporting sales and development initiatives. The role requires proactive communication, excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and the ability to meet sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify potential clients and foster business growth.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach to maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Service standards.
• Proficiency in managing Air Export Operations and supporting field sales activities.
• Relevant experience in the logistics, shipping, or export domain is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• A minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
