We have an urgent requirement for the above captioned role and the required details are as follows.

Designation : Inside Sales

Location : Mumbai ( Malad/Mira Road) They have recently started their office there

Exp 0-2 years

Company details :- Leading Manufacturing company of ERP Softwaare

Good communication must (English), should have basic understanding lead generation, inside sales, cold calling and ERP

Budget 25k per month

5 days work from office

Office timing – 10- 7

First would be telephonic screening and second would be in person interview round.

JOB DESCRIPION

inside sales executive is a professional who sells products or services directly from an office, using virtual tools like phones, email, and video calls to connect with customers. Their responsibilities include identifying potential leads, nurturing them through the sales cycle, demonstrating products, closing deals, and managing relationships with existing customers. They are different from outside sales representatives who meet with clients in person.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead generation

    :

Actively sourcing new opportunities through methods like cold-calling and emailing, as well as following up on inbound inquiries from websites or phone calls.

  • Sales pipeline management

    :

Monitoring sales activities, updating customer information in a CRM system, and tracking the progress of leads through the sales process.

  • Customer engagement

    :

Educating potential customers on products and services, making sales presentations, and conducting virtual meetings to build relationships.

  • Closing deals

    :

Persuading prospects to make a purchase and processing orders.

  • Client relationship management

    :

Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through after-sales service and upselling additional products or services.

  • Collaboration

    :

Working with marketing and product teams to stay informed about offerings and market needs.

Essential skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Product knowledge to effectively explain features and benefits.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
