Professionally handle all incoming sales inquiries, including calls and digital leads. 2. Host and attend to clients during site visits, providing detailed project information and showcasing its unique value. 3. Actively conduct market visits to generate new leads, build a strong network, and identify potential customers. 4. Nurture client relationships from first contact to final booking, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. 5. Diligently follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates. 6. Maintain an accurate database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a sales-focused role. (Experience in real estate is a strong advantage). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be willing to be proactive, visit the market, and actively pursue leads. Familiarity with the Guwahati/Amingaon market is a plus.
