Inside Sales Executive

As a Telesales Advisor (Product Advisor) based in Chennai, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products. We are looking to fill 5 positions with individuals who are fluent in Tamil and have a good command of English. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of HSC pass and at least 6 months of experience in telesales. Your primary task will involve making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining the features and benefits of the products, and persuading them to make a purchase. You will need to be persuasive, customer-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to succeed in this role. The working hours for this position are from 10 AM to 7 PM, with 1 rotational off between Monday to Friday. The salary offered for this position ranges from 16,000 to 20,000 NTH.
