Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Previous experience as a Tele Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Draft proposals and support sales initiatives.
• Conduct cold calling to potential clients.
• Generate leads and reach out to high-end corporate clients via calls and emails.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective clients.
• Research and qualify new leads to enhance sales opportunities.
• Manage documentation related to sales activities.
• Assist the Business Development (BD) team in preparing for meetings and presentations.

Selection Criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking abilities.
• Patience and skills to engage effectively with customers through verbal communication.
• Proven sales aptitude and ability to close deals.
• Resilience in handling rejection and stress in client solicitation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
