Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele-sales or tele-calling, with excellent communication and persuasion skills. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales over the phone. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, generate leads, and schedule meetings for product consultations. Inbound Sales Support: Handle inbound inquiries from prospects through phone calls, emails, and online chats, providing them with information about our products and services. Customer Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and close sales opportunities. Sales Conversion: Utilize your persuasive and convincing skills to convert prospects into loyal customers by addressing their concerns and providing tailored solutions. CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activities in CRM systems to ensure up-to-date information and effective sales pipeline management. Achieving Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Support Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for increasing sales and customer acquisition. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties related to sales, such as preparing proposals and handling customer queries. Qualifications: Proven experience in tele-sales or tele-calling (minimum 1-2 years). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively. Demonstrated convincing skills and ability to close sales over the phone. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Ability to adapt quickly to new sales strategies and technologies.
