Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and increasing sales. They will also be responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction measures.

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales, account management, and closing sales

Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

Experience in generating leads and managing customer accounts

Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets

Ability to stay organized and document sales activities

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Experience in the digital training industry is a plus

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
