Inside Sales Executive

Description:

The Inside Sales Executive who will be based in Gurugram, Haryana (India), is a key function in the local marketing and sales organization to proactively drive sales of new business prospects. The Insides Sales Executive qualifies prospects via telephone and digital communication, thus developing it into a functional record where we can interact with and support the customer. Additionally, they execute lead qualification activities to continuously deliver a stream of highly qualified leads for the Field Sales Team to generate organizational sales growth. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for the adaption and implementation of central tools including Salesforce/Marketing Cloud and is also responsible for developing regional, segmented strategic marketing campaigns together with the Country Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities

1. Outbound communication (telephone, email, messages) to drive sales and support assigned field sales staff with event invitations and post-sales customer nurturing
2. Qualify leads and update CRM system (Salesforce) with new information
3. Design and implementation of target group-specific lead nurturing concepts and communication tools, including email messaging, journey development and calling campaigns which will allow the Sales Team the ability focus entirely on their sales activities.
4. Ongoing tracking and reporting on leads qualification process to ensure leads from a variety of sources (e.g., trade shows, online demonstrations) are followed up on in a timely manner.
5. Tracking and reporting on activities and marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce reports and Dashboards, as well as Marketing Cloud
6. Set-up and host of Online Webinars and manage follow-up activities to harvest qualified leads and manage the follow-up by the various teams down the sales path
7. Support lead nurturing and webinar registration targets
8. Adaption/implementation of central marketing tools

Practical Background

1. Successful background

   in Sales, Marketing or Telemarketing (3 years or more)

   with proven record in moving targeted prospects to closed business.
2. Familiarity with

   webinar platforms

   (e.g., Teams) and experience in running webinars.
3. Experience implementing

   marketing campaigns

   .

4. B2B background

   and/or practical parallel experience.
5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and

   Salesforce

   /

   Marketing Cloud

   .
6. Affinity for cooking;

   interested and aware of local food trends

   .
