Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mind-set, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new Customer through outbound calls and emails.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using our CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position our products and services.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
