Inside Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Handling

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
• Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate prices, financing options, and terms to close sales successfully.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and previous customers to increase conversions.

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and competitive offerings.
• Clearly explain product specifications, benefits, and comparisons to customers.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documents, contracts, and CRM entries.
• Submit daily activity reports, enquiries, follow-ups, and closures to management.
• Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a high level of post-sale satisfaction and support.

5. Team Support & Coordination

• Coordinate with finance, delivery, service, and operations teams for seamless sales completion.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
