**About Us:**


**What You’ll Do:**

- Make high-volume outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres to introduce and promote our medical technology products.

- Follow up on inbound inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.

- Understand client needs through active listening and offer tailored product solutions.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service over the phone.

- Present product benefits clearly and persuasively to inspire interest and trust.

- Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align telesales strategies and achieve targets.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance telecommunication and product knowledge skills.

- Stay informed about industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to seize new sales opportunities.


**What We’re Looking For:**

- Experience in telecalling, sales, or inside sales is a plus, but not mandatory—your skills and attitude are what matter most.

- A confident and warm communicator with clear diction and a persuasive, friendly phone presence.

- Patient and resilient, capable of handling rejections with grace and enthusiasm.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

- Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM and digital communication tools.

- A genuine interest in healthcare and medical technology innovation.
