Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels to understand their interior requirements.
  • Present and explain the companys interior design offerings, highlighting design quality, functionality, and value.
  • Generate and follow up on leads via cold calling, networking, and industry databases.
  • Schedule meetings between clients and the design/sales team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • 24 years of experience as an

    Inside Sales Executive

    , preferably in the

    home interiors or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and customer preferences is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
  • Passion for interior design and an eye for aesthetics.
