Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Mumbai Salary: Up to ₹55,000 in hand (based on interview performance and last drawn salary) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Mondays off based on performance) Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Dress Code: Monday to Friday: Business Formals Saturday: Smart Casuals Job Description: We are hiring Inside Sales Executives for our Mumbai office to promote and sell online UG/PG programs. This is a full-cycle sales role that starts with cold calling and ends with successful course enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Connect with at least 80 working professionals daily using leads via LeadSquared CRM Identify upskilling needs and pitch appropriate programs Conduct phone/video/in-person counseling to drive conversions Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets Manage complete sales cycle from first contact to closing Looking for a job in the sales field?
