Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Execute outbound lead generation campaigns via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Identify, research, and qualify prospects within assigned industries/territories.
  • Engage with CXOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders to uncover potential IT needs.
  • Own the pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoff to Business Development Managers. Maintain detailed prospect data in CRM and leverage tools for outreach efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach fresher Inside Sales Associates in prospecting best practices.
  • Consistently achieve targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in B2B outbound inside sales/lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation quotas.
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
