Manage end-to-end student registration and application process, ensuring eligibility, deadlines, and thorough interview process. Counsel students, handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and convert leads to enrolments. Achieve set targets for admissions, fee collection, and lead conversions. Maintain accurate data, CRM updates, and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports. Build strong student rapport until orientation and resolve queries promptly. Coordinate with team/tele-counsellors and ensure smooth workflow. Participate in workshops, events, and travel as required. Take up additional tasks assigned by management. Candidate Requirement Experience: 0-1 year Graduate in any discipline Excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel & Word. Zeal to work in sales and achieve set targets.
