Job Description

  • We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive who will play a key role in the client onboarding process. This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to effectively manage client expectations. You will work closely with both sales and customer success teams to ensure new clients are properly onboarded, understand our products or services, and feel confident in their partnership with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding:

    Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial agreement through full implementation.
  • Client Relationship Building:

    Establish rapport with new clients, addressing questions, concerns, and providing clear guidance to set them up for success.
  • Product/Service Education:

    Provide clients with the necessary training and resources to help them understand our offerings, including product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success Teams:

    Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper alignment on client needs, expectations, and timelines.
  • Process Documentation:

    Ensure all client interactions are logged and tracked accurately in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records of the onboarding journey.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Monitor the progress of each client s onboarding, proactively addressing any issues or roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities:

    Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to present relevant solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or client success, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to client issues, with a focus on providing solutions and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
