Job Summary:

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Pitch company services/products to decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (preferably in B2B/B2C).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Comfortable making cold calls and following up regularly.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in IT / recruitment / education / SaaS / service-based sales.
Knowledge of lead generation via LinkedIn and email campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Salary 22k to 28k Max depends on Interview assessment
