Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success.

Responsibilities:

Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Understand customer needs and requirements.

Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

Assesses competitors by analysing and summarising competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Requirements:

Proven inside sales experience.

Track record of over-achieving quota.

Strong phone presence and experience in B2B US sales.

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Strong listening and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
