energetic and motivated fresher candidates to join our Inside Sales team and help drive eka.cares growth.
Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive at eka.care, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the
business by performing cold calls, conducting product demos, and converting leads into satisfied
customers. You will be expected to complete a high volume of calls, maintain a strong conversion
rate, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Cold Calling: Conduct a high volume of cold calls (approximately 150 calls per day)
to potential customers to generate leads and introduce eka.cares SaaS solutions.
• Sales Demos: Schedule and complete a minimum of 5 product demos per day
virtually, showcasing the value of eka.cares healthcare solutions to prospective
clients.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key
performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead Conversion: Focus on high-quality conversion of leads into sales by engaging
potential customers and addressing their needs with tailored product solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential
customers to encourage future business opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
• CRM Usage: Use CRM software to record and manage sales activities, leads, and
customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with reporting manager and sales teams to
optimize lead generation and sales strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay motivated and maintain a positive, energetic attitude
while striving to improve sales strategies and methods.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers
are encouraged to apply).
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in SaaS or a technology-related
environment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Cold Calling Skills: Comfortable and confident in making 150+ cold calls a day to
generate leads and drive sales.
• Demos: Ability to present and complete at least 5 product demos per day effectively
and with confidence.
• Energetic & Motivated: A highly energetic and self-motivated individual with a
passion for sales and meeting targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new sales techniques and learn about the latest
trends in the healthcare SaaS industry.
