Company Website - http://www.solarsquare.in Job Role Inside Sales Executive Business Vertical Reports To Job Type Residential Associate Director of Sales Individual Contributor Pune Maharashtra Base Location Min: Graduate (Any Graduate) Education Eligibility Relevant Criteria Professional Experience Min: 0 year Max: 2 Year Handle inbound leads, qualify them based on company criteria, and schedule meetings with solar consultants. Build rapport with potential customers and address initial queries about solar solutions. ¢ ¢ ¢ Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system. Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions. Contribute ideas to improve lead engagement and conversion processes. Scope Of Work / Responsibilities ¢ 12 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales funnels. Energetic, results-oriented, and eager to learn. The candidate should be a problem solver and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
