Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

IIM SKILLS, a fast-growing EdTech organization, is hiring Inside Sales Executive – EdTech for its admissions and sales division. The role includes counselling prospective learners, driving enrolments, and managing the full sales cycle. We are looking for professionals who are target-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about guiding learners toward career success.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential learners through calls and emails
• Understand requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Manage leads end-to-end from enquiry to enrolment
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Business Development/Admission Counselling (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with consistent performance
