Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Make outbound calls to new clients, introduce company products/services, and generate interest.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and understand requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Record all client interactions in CRM/system for tracking and reporting.

Required Skills :-

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling client objections.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.

Preferred candidate from Delhi/NCR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
