Responsibilities Identify and research new potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking. Make outbound calls to new clients, introduce company products/services, and generate interest. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and understand requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Record all client interactions in CRM/system for tracking and reporting. Required Skills :- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills . Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities . Good listening skills and ability to understand client needs. Confidence in cold calling and handling client objections. Time management and ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace . Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player. Preferred candidate from Delhi/NCR.
